As soon as the package is delivered, place all of the bottles in the freezer.

Start your morning by drinking some lemon water and a ginger shot to help stimulate digestion.
Drink 6 different juices daily 1.5-2 hours apart. If you can't finish all of the juices, do not worry. Drink them as a snack at a later time.
